Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Pluginica ("we", "us", "our"). These Terms apply to all products and services offered by Pluginica, including but not limited to WP Comply Pro. By purchasing or using our products, you agree to these Terms.

1. License grant

Upon purchase, Pluginica grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the purchased plugin on the number of WordPress installations specified by your plan:

  • Pro: 1 WordPress installation
  • Agency: Up to 25 WordPress installations

The free version of WP Comply is available under the GPLv2 license via WordPress.org.

2. Subscription and billing

Pro and Agency licenses are annual subscriptions billed through our payment processor. Your subscription automatically renews each year unless cancelled. You may cancel at any time through the customer portal.

3. Refund policy

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are unsatisfied for any reason, contact [email protected] within 14 days of purchase for a full refund — no questions asked.

4. Updates and support

Your subscription includes:

  • All plugin updates released during your subscription period
  • Email support (priority for Pro/Agency customers)

If your subscription expires, existing fixes remain applied but you will not be able to generate new AI fixes, create new reports, or receive plugin updates. Runtime fixes will continue to work for previously generated fixes.

5. OpenAI API usage

AI features (such as alt text generation) require your own OpenAI API key. You are responsible for your OpenAI API costs and compliance with OpenAI's terms of service. We do not control, monitor, or store the data processed through your OpenAI key.

6. Limitation of liability

Our products are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that any plugin will make your website fully compliant with applicable standards. No automated tool can replace a manual audit.

Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for your subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

7. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Redistribute, resell, or sublicense the Pro plugin
  • Use one license on more sites than your plan allows
  • Remove copyright notices or license verification code
  • Use the plugin for illegal purposes

8. Termination

Pluginica may terminate your license if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must remove the plugin from all WordPress installations.

9. Changes to terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email to active subscribers.
